How to Make Bohemian Earrings with Miyuki Beads
These earrings are easy to make in different colors with our big collection of Miyuki Delica beads.
Watch the video or check our step by step instructions on how to make these earrings.
Start by attaching the C-lon thread to the earring hoops. Make sure to use a long thread (about 1,5 meters), this way you don't have to finish and knot your thread after each row. Use a double knot with some jewelry glue. Put your C-lon thread trough the Beading needle and thread 1 bead on it. Put you needle and thread over and under the earring. After that, you go back into the bead, but make sure to go through the bottom of the bead. Pull on the thread to make sure it is tight and thread another bead on to you needle. Repeat this progress until you have finished the first row.
For the second row, we have to do the following:
When you look closely at your first row, you will see that in between each bead the thread made a 'bridge' (you can also look at the example). Put a new colored bead on to your needle and put the needle though the 'bridge'. Go back into the bead, again though the bottom. Thread a new bead on to you needle and repeat this progress until the second row is finished.
For the last row with the faceted beads, you will do the same as the second row. Only this time you skip one bridge, because the faceted beads are bigger.
To finish off your peace, go back through the first beads of row 1 and 2 and knot the C-lon thread around the earring. Use a double knot again and secure it with some jewelry glue.
