How to make a Ring with Copper Wire and Gemstone Chips
Super cute ring that is easy to make yourself! Because of our large assortment of gemstone chips, you can make this ring in different colors!
Start by wrapping the copper wire around a thick pen, for example. It is most convenient if you have a ring gauge, but if you don't, you can wrap the copper wire around a marker or something else. Do this 3 times and make sure that the beginning and the end are against each other. Cut off the copper wire. Cut a piece of about 15cm and wrap it around the ring. It is best to hold the tip with your thumb or finger and with your other hand wrap the wire around it. Try to do this as tight as possible and after every 2nd wrap, you can push it a bit. Wrap one side about 12 times and keep the ends of the ring in the middle. Now thread 3 gemstone chips, choose 3 that match well. Then continue wrapping on the other side of these gemstone chips. Again, wrap about 12 times. Cut the copper wire and use a flat nose pliers to pinch the sharp point flat against the ring. Do this with the starting point as well. And then your ring is finished!
