Hoop earrings with Seed beads
These earrings are so fun that I can't wait to make more color variations! These earrings only require 1 technique repeated continuously, only you vary the amount of beads on your needle. You can be as creative with this as you want, choosing different colors, heights and patterns. This way you have a unique pair of earrings every time!
Used materials
Stainless Steel Earrings Golden 45x2mm
Miyuki Seed Beads 11/0 Galvanized Apricot Gold
Miyuki Rocailles 11/0 - Ceylon Translucent Peony
Miyuki Seed Beads 11/0 Ceylon Caramel
Beading needle 0.46mm
C-lon thread Beige
How to make
You start by cutting a piece of c-lon wire of about 70cm (rather too much than too little) and knot it to the earring. Then you thread 3 beads on your wire 2x apricot gold and 1x peony. You then go through the earring with your needle, leaving the beads on the back. Then you go with your needle through the last 2 beads 1x apricot gold 1x peony. You will see that the beads will line up nicely next to each other.
Then thread 3 beads onto your needle 1x apricot gold, 1x peony, 1x caramel and again go through the earring with your needle. Then again go through all 3 beads with your needle and you will see that they come up like a turret next to the previous one. You keep repeating this step over and over and keep doing this until you have gone all the way around your earring.
When you have done that put a knot in your wire and go through the last strung beads and cut the c-lon wire.
