Making a Keychain with a Suede Tassel and Cabochon
This key chain is ideal for beginners. In a few steps you have made a key or bag pendant! With our wide range of suede cord, you can make your own beautiful color combination.
Start by gluing the cabochon in place. Use plenty of glue and glue the cabochon into the spacer. Put it aside to dry and in the meantime cut the suede cord. Cut 8 pieces of 7cm. Take the end cap and a headpin. Put the end cap on the head pin and twist an eye. Watch the step-by-step video below.
Glue all the pieces of suede cord into the end cap where the head pin goes through, put a generous amount of glue into the end cap and hold all the suede pieces together. push them into the glue and let it dry. You can easily wipe off the glue that is pushed out. When everything is dry, attach the spacer to the ring. Using a 4mm jumpring, attach the made tassel to the spacer and your key or bag pendant is finished!
