How to make
The video below explains how to make the earring, however, only the finishing is just different.
You start your final brick stitch row the same. You thread a seed bead on the wire and go under the loop, and then through the bead again so it lies flat. Then it gets a little different, instead of 1 you now thread 2 seed beads onto your thread. Then you go under the loop again, and go through just the last bead (so it will lay flat). This way you can see that the bead you didn't go through is now lying on its side, and provides a graceful finish to the brick stitch.
Next, you now thread 1 faceted bead and 1 rocaille onto your thread first, and repeat the same step as before. So you go under the loop, and then through the rocaille only so that the faceted bead will be on the side for finishing.
You keep repeating these steps alternately so that you have an alternation of faceted beads and seed beads at the end of your brick stitch.
