Choker Necklace with Freshwater Pearls and Gemstones
This nice chic necklace you put together in no time and looks super nice around your neck. Nice to combine with gold or pearl necklaces.
Used Materials:
Natural Rose Quartz Gemstone Beads 6mm
Stainless Steel Chunky Chain Golden 10x5.5mm
Miyuki Seed Beads 11/0 Opaque Dark Cream
Natural Pearl Link Nugget 22x13x6mm
Gold jumprings 4mm
Stainless Steel Lobster Clasp Gold 12mm
Clear Elastic 0.5mm
Making:
You start with a piece of elastic about 1m long. Then start by threading 8 Miyuki beads onto the elastic. Then thread a gemstone bead onto it. Then thread the elastic through the bead you threaded first. Now thread 9 Miyuki beads onto the elastic and pull the elastic through the last bead before you threaded the gemstone bead. Now you have a sort of "flower" effect and the Miyuki beads are wrapped around the gemstone bead. Repeat this step until your piece is about 15cm long. This piece will be half of your chain, so there will be another piece of jasseron on it with about the same length. Suppose this means that the necklace will be too short for you, you should make all two pieces slightly longer. Attach a jumpring to the end with a pinch bead. Then use a pair of pliers to cut a piece of the link chain, also 25cm long. Attach a jump ring to these ends as well. Then hook the pearl connector to the jump rings.
