This fun set includes both Miyuki and Glass beads. With a little explanation not difficult at all to make with nice different techniques. Sit down for an afternoon and you have a nice set together.

Miyuki brick stitch necklace:

For this necklace, I made 3 hexagons using the brick stitch technique. A fun way to incorporate miyuki delicas into all different shapes and patterns. In the video below I use the 6/0 or 4mm miyuki seed beads instead of the smaller delica's as in the necklace, this way you can clearly see how the technique works. You first make three separate hexagons with this technique and then sew them together with a piece of c-lon thread. Make a knot and pull the knot through a bead to finish and hide your knot. The stainless steel jasseron is also attached with a piece of c-lon thread.

Glass beads necklace:

You start by cutting about 20 pieces of gold steel wire. Make pieces about 2.5cm long. Take a piece of wire you just cut and twist a circle on it, at the end of the piece. Make sure the circle closes well and then thread a glass bead onto it. Turn the other end of the wire into a closed circle as well. Take another piece of wire and twist another circle on the end. Only this time don't close it completely but first attach the second piece to the first one you already made with the glass bead on it. When the pieces are attached to each other, thread a glass bead onto the second piece and turn the end of the piece into a closed loop again. Repeat these steps until you feel your chain is long enough. Attach a jumpring to both ends with a carabiner on one side as well and your necklace is complete!

Glass bead earring: 

Cut a piece of steel wire about 1 meter long. Twist the wire 3 times around the beginning of the earring so it is secure. Thread on a glass bead and and twist the steel wire with the glass bead around the earring so it is securely attached. Then twist the steel wire around the earring twice again, and then thread on another glass bead. continue until the earring is completely full. At the end, wrap the steel wire around the earring 3 more times and then cut it off.
