Beadwork Necklace with Pearls inspi330
Beadwork Choker Necklace with Crystal Faceted Beads
Lately i've been really into beadwork patterns, you just need a few sizes beads, needle and c-lon thread and then it is just following a pattern. This is the firts one i made with pearls (in stead of faceted beads) and i really like how it turned out! We sell the 8mm shiny pearls in different colors to make your own combo but also 8mm gemstone beads would work very well for this design.
I used this free pattern from Beadsmagic, just with a little adjustment for step 2. In stead of stringing 2 pearls 4mm and then 3 seed beads as in the pattern i did for the top row: 1 seed bead, 1 pearl 4mm, 1 seed bead, 1 pearl 4mm and 1 seed bead. For the arch that sits on the bottom i did: 1 seed bead, 3 pearls 4mm and then 1 seed bead.
Used materials:
C-lon thread
Beading needle
Miyuki seed beads 11/0 ivory pearl
Top quality glasspearls 4mm salmon pink
Shiny glasspearls 8mm light peach
I attached the c-lon thread to double loop rings using a few normal knots with a drop of jewelry glue, if you prefer using crimp beads, calottes or knot covers ofcourse you can. I finished the necklace using
Double loop rings
Chain as an extender
Lobster clasp
Jewelry glue
