Easy bracelet making with Superduo beads
This wrap bracelet is made with superduo beads, even using an easy technique creates a spectacular bracelet. These Superduo beads are sold in tubes, with this double bracelet (32cm) I used only 1/3 of the tube. So you can really get a lot of bracelets out of 1 tube of beads!
Materials used
Super Duo Chech Glassbeads 2.5x5mm Vintage Pink Mix
Miyuki Rocailles 11/0 - Ceylon Translucent Peony
C-lon thread Beige
Beading needle 0.46mm
Magnet Clasp 7mm
Beadsmith Thread clipper
Hasulith Jewelry Glue
How to make
You cut a piece of c-lon thread (about 1 meter) and tie it to one side of the magnetic clasp. You can put a drop of glue on it just to be sure it's secure. Then we start stringing the beads, which you do alternately. First you thread a Superduo bead (through one of the two holes) and then a seed bead. Keep doing this until you reach the desired length of your bracelet.
Then tie the other end of the magnetic clasp to your c-lon thread and put a drop of glue on this as well. Next, go through the other threaded hole of the Superduo bead, and thread a seed bead onto it. Keep doing this alternately until you get back down to the magnetic clasp. When you reach the clasp again, tie a knot in the c-lon thread and your bracelet is finished!
